"IDA RED" owned by Larry and David Tinker. Based out of Monroe, Michigan. The paint scheme is that of the Atlantic Theatre of Operations. In the North Atlantic, the Avenger was primarily used in search and destroy missions against German U-Boats. As the pictures show, the white and gray paint would be very hard to spot if you were not looking closely at the sky.

The Planes of Fame Museum brought their beautiful P-38 Lightning, from Chino, California.

A Father's Day treat provided by the United States Air Force was a fly-by of the B-2 Spirit based out of Whiteman, Air Force Base in Missouri. This aircraft is named "The Spirit of Kansas". Since the aircraft has no tail, the normal USAF markings are painted on the wheel doors, and can be seen roughly in the middle of the aircraft on the belly. To those of you who were in on it... I lost the bet.

The P-51 Mustang is arguably one of the most popular warbirds. Fortunately, it is one of the most numerous. This is a prime example, beautifully chrome/natural finished, owned by Nathan Davis.

The Commerative Air Force brought their beautiful SBD Dauntless. One of only 3 left flying in the world.

The Ohio Air National Guard provided a tactical demonstration of the C-130 Hecules.
